Q2. How did you discover copywriting?

It all started when I stumbled upon a webinar about digital marketing. The speaker was a successful copywriter who shared his journey and the impact that his writing had on businesses. As I listened to him speak, I realized that copywriting was the perfect combination of my love for writing and my interest in marketing. I was fascinated by the power of words and how they could persuade and influence people. After the webinar, I started researching more about copywriting and taking courses to improve my skills. I practiced writing different types of copy, from website content to email campaigns, and received positive feedback from clients. Today, I am proud to say that I have found my calling as a copywriter. I am passionate about helping businesses communicate their message effectively and achieve their goals through the power of words.

Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?

The #1 lesson I learned when I started my journey as a copywriter is that for you to craft compelling and persuasive content, you need to understand your target audience on a deeper level. By empathizing with their desires, pain points, and motivations, you can create messaging that resonates and drives them to take action. Without this critical insight, your copy may fall flat and fail to achieve its intended goals.

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?

Gary Halbert is one of the copywriters I admire for his expertise in direct response marketing. He was a master at crafting headlines that grabbed the reader’s attention compelling them to read on. Halbert’s focus on understanding the target audience and using persuasive language that resonated with them has been a valuable lesson I gained from him. One of the contemporary copywriters I have learned a lot from is Evaldo Albuquerque. He is currently considered as one of the best copywriters in the world.
