Q1. Where are you from?
Milan, Italy
Q2. How did you discover copywriting?
I was graduating my master’s degree in translation when I found out about copywriting… a way to help companies grow through words and strategy. I immediately fell in love with it, and now I enjoy every day of my work
Q3. What forms of copy do you write?
Both long-form and short-form copy: emails, sales letters, VSL scripts, website pages.
Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?
The music industry is my main niche, but I have written in many fields: courses, coaches, personal development, biz-opp, tourism, e-commerce.
Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?
Everything is about testing. Even though as copywriters we know what generally works best, every audience needs tests to see how they respond. This goes for long vs short copy, angles, funnel structure, upsells, email frequency.
Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?
Justin Goff. I simply love how he writes and the “pragmatic” approach he has towards copy. When I write copy I always aim for that same flow in text. I personally love the relationship he was able to create with his email list, and this is big in my opinion. There are a lot of great writers I learn from, but he’s at the top of my list.
Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?
My most recent share is being able to beat the control for a sales page in the songwriting niche. I brought the conversion rate from 10% to 12%.
Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?
1. Let’s see if we’re a good fit. I work only with companies and products I believe in. If you have a valuable product I’ll be happy to help! 2. I rely on solid research, so before I write a single word of copy I will need as much information as possible.
Q9. What is a good email address for prospective clients to contact you?
