Q1. Where are you from?

Green Bay, WI

Q2. How did you discover copywriting?

After college, I found myself drifting between various jobs. I didn’t know what I wanted to do. But I did know what I didn’t want to do — be stuck in a 9-to-5 job for the rest of my life. So, I started looking into ways to make money online. I began studying affiliate marketing and eventually bought a course on starting your own e-commerce shop.

Within that course, I found a lesson on copywriting in one of the modules. At that time, I had no idea what copywriting was. But, after spending an hour listening, I was captivated. It seemed to align with my educational background and critical thinking skills. Plus, it offered me more opportunities to study human psychology, which I missed in school.

In copywriting, I saw an opportunity to make money and engage in intellectually stimulating work. So, I jumped into the world of copywriting and devoured as much information on it and related topics as possible. And I haven’t stopped since.
