Q1. Where are you from?
Miami, FL but I live in Barcelona, Spain now
Q2. How did you discover copywriting?
Started as an affiliate marketer in 2019. Then became an affiliate marketing coach in 2020. Discovered that if I wanted to eat, I needed to become a copy killer ;)
Q3. What forms of copy do you write?
I’ve written sales letters, emails, & social sales posts for myself and others in the past. Currently, I’m pivoting to only writing email copy for myself and others. I’ve fallen in love with email and can’t imagine writing anything else.
Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?
IM, Biz Opp, Mindset & Personal Development.
Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?
That ‘less is more’ and that 80% of good copywriting is actually ‘copyediting.’
As Mark Twain famously said, “I would have written a shorter letter, but I did not have the time.”

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?
oooof, you’re gonna make me choose?
it’s like asking a mother with a toddler on each knee who her favorite child is…
jfc…
alright, if I must…
Probably Doberman Dan…
Or Caleb O’Dowd (I know he’s an offer owner, but I love his copy too)…
Because they each retain such palpable Gary Halbert roots that entwine themselves through their bodies of work.

Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?
Last JV launch I did (where I was the sole JV) was a $1M+ launch to a small FB group of <3,000 people.
Was able to walk away from that business and take a year & a half off after that to do absolutely nothing, which was nice.
Started up my own affiliate email list in the MMO/Biz Opp space during that year (out of boredom) and fell in love with the simplicity of running an email list.
My (metrics-, analytics-, and automations-obsessed) wife and I are re-entering the game by launching our own Email List Management Agency (yes, we’re enrolling in your certification program on Monday) ;) and we’re ready to partner with serious list/offer owners who are interested in outsourcing their email list management to a 2-man team who are obsessed with “all things email-related” (deliverability, open rates, CTRs, EPCs, copywriting, storytelling, etc.) and focused on all the small wins that we all know compound into big ones.

Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?
Why chance something as important as your email backend (the bulk of your sales!) on someone who has never launched their own offers or JV’d with others to do the same before?
I’ve cultivated my email copy chops for years on my own offers (as well as JVing with others on their)… and, more importantly, I’ve done so on my own dime, which means I understand the value of your advertising dollars and I will treat your business as I would my own.
Frankly, with the improvements we can make to your Deliverability and Unsub rates alone (to speak nothing of the cash-pulling copy we’ll craft), you’ll easily earn more from our inputs than our retainer will cost you each month.
Which means, you’ll soon see we’re not a ‘cost center,’ but rather, a powerful revenue driver.
A secret weapon…
YOUR secret weapon, if you will.
