Q1. Where are you from?

Québec, CAN

Q2. How did you discover copywriting?

I discovered copywriting from Dan Lok after completing the High-Ticket Closer program. I found out that copywriting was a better match for my personality and goals.

Q3. What forms of copy do you write?

I like to write entire funnels front Front-end to back-end. I can write emails, TSL, VSL, ads, Upsell, downsell… everything directly connected to money and direct response.

Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?

Coaching, Biz op, financial/investing

Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?

Don’t call yourself a copywriter, be a marketer with solid copywriting skills. At the end of the day, copy is a fraction of the process of generating business revenue. The goal is to become a full-stack marketer.

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?

Alen Sultanic because he is way more than a copywriter.

Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?

Wins are always a matter of context and market but but yea, I can share some… – With a single 10 min loom video, I helped a business to double their revenue (from 40k to 80k) in a month – I revamped a free trial funnel for a SAAS and took the funnel AOV from 10$ to 90$ (9X with my copy and strategy) – I’m currently working with a client to optimize a book funnel sitting at 25$ AOV. I changed the OTO1 and the funnel is now at 80$ AOV. This funnel might end at 125$+ AOV after my next move on the FE sale page. As I said… writing copy is just a small part of what you can do to improve sales. I’m in a mindset where I want to use every tool possible to see my client succeed. I like to go deep on a personalized strategy for every client. Those numbers aren’t important to you if you are reading this. The most important thing is the numbers I can create for your business…

Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?

Show me your actual stats and I’m going to tell you what we gotta do to improve your stuff… But one thing before we start, if you don’t have an investor mindset… I don’t want to see your stats.

Q9. What is a good email address for prospective clients to contact you?

copywriting@alexandretremblay.com
