Q2. How did you discover copywriting?

I started writing brochures for therapy, and moved onto product and brand descriptions, blog and website copy, and finally email and sales funnels. I enjoy writing for both products and services.

Q3. What forms of copy do you write?

I enjoy variety, including email, website copy, e-commerce listing and landing pages, blog posts, and ebooks.

Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?

Health, fitness and entrepreneurship

Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?

Plan first, do competitor research to inspire excellent content, and stay focused on what converts.

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?

Anik Singal, because his reasoning makes sense.

Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?

I am a full-time marketer for several brands, so there’s lots of good stories to share, but recently I have really succeeded in marketing health and wellness equipment, both retail and rentals.

Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?

I just keep going on coffee until I get a conversion rate of over 20%. I’ve done this with 4 products in the last three months.
