Q1. Where are you from?

Philippines

Q2. How did you discover copywriting?

“Making money online is a scam…” My online journey to marketing and copywriting started with curiosity… Curiosity to what lies beyond the 4 corners of a classroom. All my younger years, I’ve been told by my parents, uncles, aunties, teachers, and even strangers: “Only education will get you out of poverty.” That line stuck with me until I finished my first degree in college (with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy).

Q3. What forms of copy do you write?

…(A continuation of how I discovered copywriting) After graduating from college, I thought I could achieve all my dreams (you know, the feeling like you’re someone special) Turns out, it’s far from reality. The only jobs I could get into where teaching jobs that was paying like less than $2K a year. Yes, that’s how impoverished we are. I turned to finding online jobs and was very excited with all the opportunities I was discovering for the first time. I knew that if I could just learn one high-income skill online I can make it. But too many times I’ve been told by even the closest people to me: “Making money online is a scam…” Luckily for me, I didn’t believe any word they said (They haven’t made any single penny online lol) Today, not to brag but I’m earning than most of them. With copywriting, I know all my dreams for me and family are now possible.

Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?

Writing email flows and campaigns for e-commerce brands Writing funnels (AC model) for coaches, course creators, and consultants

Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?

“Think BIG, ACT Small.” – Alen Sultanic

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?

I admire Ning Li a lot. After just 4 weeks of being in his Heart & Sword Mastermind I was able to address most of my triggers and childhood issues. His mindset works are truly exceptional. Plus, I also gained copy and marketing insights from him better than I did over a 4-month course I did in the past

Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?

Recently I got transferred to Wojo Media’s Email Marketing Team. We have a client that I helped double the sales with the emails I’ve written in under a week. It’s not much but to me, it’s a huge win. If I can do it with one client, I can do it with anyone.

Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?

Anything you need…

Q9. What is a good email address for prospective clients to contact you?

ameda.marketing@gmail.com
