Doing it for my own e-commerce business Impact Soundworks for over a decade

Primarily email, as well as product copy and tutorials

Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?

I work with clients directly. None of my work is outsourced. Because I’m an e-commerce owner of 15 years, I have a unique perspective, and take the time to fully understand the client’s business. I’m also very technical and have set up custom email integrations to better capture customer data for the purposes of automation and segmentation.
