Q1. Where are you from?
Pakistan
Q2. How did you discover copywriting?
Last year, I started searching stuff on YouTube on how to become a content writer and provide services on freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. Suddenly, I came across a video in which a guy was showing how he helps businesses generate a lot dough with the magic of words. That really grabbed my attention. That’s how I came to know about copywriting.
Q3. What forms of copy do you write?
I enjoy writing any form of copywriting. But the thrill and joy of writing email sequences trumps everything.
Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?
I enjoy working with coaches and consultants who are looking to sell their courses and programmes. I also enjoy working in the relationship niche.
Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?
The most crucial copywriting lesson that I’ve learnt is to know my product and my ideal audience from the inside out. I take it as a foundation on which the entire edifice of your copy is built. Without understanding who you are talking to, your storytelling, specificity, band-wagon effect, pain points, turning features into benefits and turning benefits into transformations will amount to zero effect. Master the foundation and don’t over complicate it.
Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?
My favourite copywriter is Ben Settle. I’ve learnt a lot of priceless nuggets from him on the art of email copywriting. His idea of infotainment is so effective and at the same time a pure joy to execute in your emails.
Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?
I’ve worked on a few projects on Upwork. Recently, I completed a project in which I did research on my client’s product. I helped him leverage his USP by providing him data on what his competitors were struggling with. I also helped him carve out a unique brand voice for his brand. I also helped him pinpoint his ideal audience and how he can relate with them. He was extremely happy with my performance.
Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?
Of course, I’m fully capable of skyrocketing your conversions. Hold on, that’s something you can get from any other copywriter and possibly more bonuses and guarantees. But with me, you get an unwavering commitment and loyalty to your brand or service. With me, your project is in the safe hands and I’ll walk an extra mile with you not to quibble on pricing but to enhance your chances of reaching where you want to reach. Hustling with your hustle, I’ll tear down walls for you if it ever comes to it.
Q9. What is a good email address for prospective clients to contact you?
