Q1. Where are you from?
Morocco
Q2. How did you discover copywriting?
It was back in my first year of college, was looking to make a quick buck, tried Ebay reselling, Forex trading, then settled with copy, I really only started copy to make money on the side =)
Q3. What forms of copy do you write?
both short form (Emails/Facebook Ads/YouTube ad scripts…) & Long form (Sales funnels/Lead gen pages/ Sales Letters…)
Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?
Coaching Space/Biz Opp/Survival
Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?
You don’t really need to think of it as writing copy/or selling to people, rather it’s thinking of ways to persuade someone you know a lot about (your avatar) to do whatever it is that’ll make YOU money
Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?
that’s a tough one, but if the title is purely copywriter rather than a marketing strategist, CMO, etc, I’d go with Stefan, he’s one of the few who didn’t only settle with copy, but used it as leverage and transformed it into an empire where’s he’s a successful biz owner/investor/coach/and ofc, a copywriter, that’s what I want with my life
Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?
So last year I generated $1.2 MM for clients in combined Rev. I wrote a full Medium Article revealing the most breakthrough lessons I learned after tapping into the 7 fig mark, here’s link if anyone cares to check it out: https://medium.com/@balsamhard/lessons-i-learned-after-generating-1-200-000-00-for-my-clients-in-2022-cf1ddfad6d82
Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?
I can either be clever or direct with this answer, I’ll chose the second and say this: If you care about sending out copy that’ll represent your brand how it should and still convert, without sacrifing the integrity on which you stand, then I’m your guy
Q9. What is a good email address for prospective clients to contact you?
balsamhard@gmail.com
