Q1. Where are you from?

Lakewood, CO

Q2. How did you discover copywriting?

It just came naturally to me. I have always loved to write, and I am good at it. My employers recognized my writing abilities early on and utilized me for many writing projects; from award letters to regional policy with Fish & Wildlife at the Department of the Interior in Lakewood, CO ; from birthday wishes to the troops, award write ups, promotion aceptance speeches, training manuals, to evaluation write ups for the Provost Marshal at the 25th MP Battalion at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; from training manuals to assisting in writing the first Buyers and Sellers pamphlet for Dempsey West Realty in Hawaii, to advertisements for properties for sale; and much more. Then I became interested in email copywriting in 2014 when I took a course from Daniel Levis of Email Alchemy out of Canada, and the rest is history. I have written email campaigns for masterclasses, summits, webinars, focus groups, business coaches, health and wellness coaches, and am currently an email marketing leader for Achieve Systems. It is a joy for me to write! It is what fills my sails and gives me passion.

Q3. What forms of copy do you write?

I can write all types. I deal mostly in email marketing but also can write blogs, sales letters, ads, really whatever I need to and whatever my clients need or desire (within reason ;-) ).

Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?

Email marketing, story telling.

Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?

To take the time to know your subject, your audience, and the message you want to deliver.

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?

I learned email marketing from Daniel Levis, so I will tip my hat to him.

Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?

I am so excited to have been chosen to be the email marketing leader at Achieve Systems! This is such a great honor and I am humbled to be a part of their organization. I am currently working on a campaign for an alternative medicine doctor in the Denver area, have not done that niche before and am excited to move forward with his campaign.

Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?

I have a proprietary 5 Step Process that I use to get ready to write your campaign. It involves doing a deep dive into your business and then researching your competitiors and your industry to make sure I know your business inside and out, the industry jargon, and keywords to use in promoting you and your business.

Q9. What is a good email address for prospective clients to contact you?

Sister2SisterEnterprises@gmail.com
