Q1. Where are you from?

New Haven, CT

Q2. How did you discover copywriting?

At the time, I was a journalist turned freelance article writer and looking to find other sources of work. I received an AWAI mailer, the one that asks “Can you write a letter like this one?” It intrigued me, so I signed up for the copywriting course and the rest is history.

Q3. What forms of copy do you write?

I’ve written many different types of copy–sales letters (VSL and text), landing pages, emails, Facebook ads, text ads, advertorials, etc. But I have the most experience with sales letters, landing pages, and emails.

Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?

Health and wellness is my happy place, but I enjoy writing for personal development and coaching as well.

Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?

Your market will tell you everything you need to know about what will work and what won’t in your copy.

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?

It’s really difficult to choose just one! But if I had to, it would be Parris Lampropoulos. He has an uncanny ability to speak straight to the heart of his readers, show them empathy for where they are, and convince them they can have a brighter future.

Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?

Still waiting on stats, but my recent work has included emails, Facebook ads, a landing page, and an upsell page.

Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?

I’m really excited to create incredible copy for you!

Q9. What is a good email address for prospective clients to contact you?
