I have always loved to express myself.

So I journal my feelings, experiences, and thought at the end of each day, and each time I journaled I feel happy and relieved of stress and emotional struggle.

And so because I do this every day, I discovered that I enjoy writing.

Last year, I attended an online meeting invited by a friend and that was how I discovered copywriting.

So, I did some research and read books on copywriting and I fell in love with it especially because I love writing.

Some of my favorite niches are personal development, fintech, health and education

Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?

Although, I have not been in this field for a long duration but the #1 lesson have learned as a copywriter is this:

Be a student of your talent and learn how to position yourself to help people with it.

Copywriting is about giving a helping hand to people to get to their desired place and can be the ladder that helps them cross the bridge between where they are and where they want to be

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?

My favorite copywriter is David Ogilvy.

He is good at what he does and he has inspired me a lot.

Have learned so much from him and I hope to meet with him one time so I can tell him how he has inspired me.

Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?

Yes!

I was hired to work as a marketing campaign manager. I did a good job and got referred to three other clients.

Earlier, I had applied for several jobs, but my self-doubt and feeling of incompetence crept in, I couldn’t seem to win,
The interviews were tough, my confidence was low,
I didn’t get any job, my disappointment did show.

But I didn’t give up, I worked hard every day,
To improve my skills, to find a better way,
I pushed through my doubts, and finally succeeded,
This job offer came, and my heart was finally unimpeded.

I worked hard and gave it my all,
My client was impressed, he gave me his call,
To refer me to clients, three in a row,
My hard work paid off, my confidence did grow.

So if you’re feeling down, like you can’t succeed,
Remember my story, and don’t concede,
Persevere through your struggles, and you’ll find,
Success is waiting, just keep it in mind.
