You need to understand the customer better than everyone in your niche. The writing part is easy.

Suzanne Steele (the oatly copywriter) because when you think she’s pulled everything out of the bag. Something else just pops right out.

I was the main copywriter on the launch of Monzo Flex, the UK’s biggest bank.
