Q2. How did you discover copywriting?
Reading great stories was the beginning. Following Jon Morrow sealed the deal.
Q3. What forms of copy do you write?
I’ve worked on pretty much every form of copy over a 16-year career.
Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?
Anything B2B related is very comfortable for me, but I have a particular affinity for tech.
Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?
You can break every rule in the book if you tell the best story.
Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?
Andy Jenkins. He had such a distinct style and he was always looking for ways to push the envelope.
Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?
Helped a client generate 500k from just 2 campaigns. Also managed to achieve 8-9x the typical engagement rates on LinkedIn. And nominated for writing awards four times by the Festival of Writing in York.
Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?
Imagine what will happen if you hire a copywriter who can’t do the work or disappears in you half way through a project. These are things you will NEVER have to worry about when you work with me. I have 16 years of satisfied clients who will attest to this ????
