Q1. Where are you from?

Los Angeles, CA

Q2. How did you discover copywriting?

Embarrassed to admit I didn’t know what it was. I was one of those… “You mean copyright?” Thanks to Jason Capital hosting a webinar on it, I’ve been fascinated ever since.

Q3. What forms of copy do you write?

I’m passionate about emails since I can go deep and connect with the reader. And isn’t this what life’s about? Building relationships? I believe so. But I’m also no stranger to other forms of copy.

Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?

Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?

Everything in the universe is connected in some way. And writing ideas arise from making connections. Usually being curious about life and taking long walks does the trick.

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?

Clayton Makepeace. Ethical, not super claimy and loves to connect with the reader.

Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?

I invested a hefty amount in a mastermind last year to get tortured for 75 hours. I made it! I also write copy for one of the instructors from that mastermind. It’s all about making connections!

Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?

I hope you don’t grow weary of my jokes, because we’re in this for the long haul!
