Q1. Where are you from?
Orange County, CA
Q2. How did you discover copywriting?
I had a side gig writing blog posts for a friend’s travel site. When that work dried up, I started following some experts in the copywriting and content writing space. I heard Stefan Georgi on a podcast and joined Copy Accelerator in 2021, sparking my career in copywriting.
Q3. What forms of copy do you write?
I write short-form copy, primarily emails and manage lists. I also work on landing pages, social ads, and other projects.
Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?
Health, coaches/consultants, and BizOpp
Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?
Done is always better than perfect. Test it out, tweak as needed.
Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?
Pauline Longdon is dynamite. She’s taught me so many lessons about psychology, thinking bigger, and non-negotiables in my business. Ning Li is a close second for me.
Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?
I landed my first retainer gig writing emails with a larger ecomm company in the health space, which was a goal of mine for over six months. I wrote a few winners for them in our first three months working together.
Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?
What is the greatest pain point in your business?
Q9. What is a good email address for prospective clients to contact you?
