Q1. Where are you from?


Q2. How did you discover copywriting?

Never done copywriting other than email. Got interested in that through Ian Stanley after a BBW event (Baby BathWater).

Q3. What forms of copy do you write?

Only email and occasional edit.

Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?

Health & properties (would love to do pets too).

Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?

Oh wow….only ONE? Every audience is unique and has its own unique pulse. The job is to figure it out.

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?

Eugene Schwartz. Classic ;) I like Ben Settle too. I don’t agree with everything he says, but I do like his style of writing.

Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?

Currently only have one solid client, but been writing email copy for him for a couple of years. My claim to fame there is that the emails average about $3/sub.

Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?

Being that I strive for humbleness, I’m not best at anything. But I’m really good a few things. I have a lot of experience with human beings and reading situations. Plus I do show up.
