Q1. Where are you from?

Montreal, Canada

Q2. How did you discover copywriting?

It was by pure accident. I had to send emails to promote affiliate products. But I had no clue what to write. So I went on Amazon and typed “how to write emails that sell.” I landed on an old orange book called “WebCopy That Sells.” The rest is history.

Q3. What forms of copy do you write?

Email and VSL.

Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?

Weight loss and MMO

Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?

To know your avatar like the palm of your hand. You’ll get rid of the blank page syndrome. Plus, your copy will be way more persuasive.

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?

Stefan Georgi. His RMBC framework helped me write sales pages with ease. He’s such a good writer. And he’s a really down-to-earth man, despite all of his enormous success.

Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?

I helped a client in the dog niche go from 20k a month to 2M a year in revenue. Plus, I launched an infoproduct with my partner, and we did 1M in 8 months, which is super cool :)

Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?

On top of writing persuasive copy for you, I’ll also analyze your business to see how we can increase its profits using DR strategies. Such as writing an automated email sequence to add another 10-20% profit in the back-end, re-write an upsell page to double your conversions, or even tweak your current sales funnel to make more sales.

Q9. What is a good email address for prospective clients to contact you?

joseph.atallah3@gmail.com
