Through Caleb O’Dowd who was mentored by Gary Halbert.

VSLs, Upsells, Emails, TSLs, YouTube/FB/Google Ads

Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?

Health, music, education

Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?

Apart from being a tenacious researcher, it’s understanding where the customer is at in awareness phase and asking myself, “what do they already know?”

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?

Gary Bencivenga because he makes a friend out of you in his writing. He’s also an amazing visceral writer. When I worked for Simple Keto System, I studied his Rosengarten ads because his food descriptions made me salivate and crave Texas BBQ.

Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?

I doubled the AOV for Simple Keto System and just wrote a digestive offer with my former writing partner Ryan Kowalski called Emma which is beginning to scale on Facebook and converts exceptionally well on email.

Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?

I’ve been working with one of the best marketers in the world for the last 10 years – Ryan Kowalski (Pandora’s Box, Spartagen & The Simple Keto System). I was mentored by Caleb O’Dowd who was Gary Halbert’s protege. I left my position in the last few weeks for personal reasons. I don’t currently have a name in the industry, but I know I’m one of the best marketers in the world and I’d be happy to prove it to you. I’ve also had the advantage of not just being a copywriter, I’ve also been part of a successful team who have created huge cold traffic offers. I know what it takes to be successful in direct marketing.
