Q1. Where are you from?
Broome, Western Australia
Q2. How did you discover copywriting?
One day I realised that no matter what you look at there is always a story behind it and everyone always likes to listen to or read a story.
Q3. What forms of copy do you write?
I put a story into everything and anything! stories have no boundries.
Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?
I have no real preference but in saying that I could listen to my stomach and say food.
Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?
Don’t overthink it, use the KISS principle
Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?
Claude Hopkins: “The purpose of the headline is to pick out people you can interest…What you have will interest certain people only and for certain reasons. You care only for these people. Then create a headline which will hail those people only.”
Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?
My biggest win is knowing that I can tell a story, now I’m waiting for you to tell me you want me to write your story.
Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?
An idea with Passion is addictive, if you don’t have it how can I become addicted, how can they?
