Q2. How did you discover copywriting?
I saw a Troy Ericson reel on instagram. I practically interrogated him about the whole process, and eventually gave in and tried out the program.
Q3. What forms of copy do you write?
Emails!
Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?
I love writing for local, small businesses. It feels a lot more personal!
Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?
Just take the next step and learn from your mistakes. Failure is not the end, quitting is.
Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?
Troy Ericson. He got me into this!
Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?
I’m a bit of a beginner at the time of writing, though just getting interactions is a big win for me, which will eventually lead into clients.
Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?
I’d say they made the right choice. I’d write for them for free for a few days until we see good results, then we can discuss pricing from there.
