Q1. Where are you from?
Pakistan
Q2. How did you discover copywriting?
I saw a video of Alex Cattonie – shout out to her – while messing around on YouTube. I knew I could write half decent but never thought I’d ever monetize it. Not before I saw Alex.
Q3. What forms of copy do you write?
Front end service is Twitter copywriting for SaaS CEOs. At back end I do lead magnets, sales copy, email, and newsletter.
Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?
B2B SaaS all the way.
Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?
2 lessons actually. You can number them the way you like: 1. Never take your writing subjectively. It’s a service. Some people will like it, others might not. Learn from what didn’t work & move one. Don’t take it personally. 2. Persuasion is super power.
Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?
Matt Furey for his email stories. Absolutely gem of a writer.
Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?
No big wins in terms of numbers yet. I’m building myself on LinkedIn and Twitter and I share as I learn.
Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?
I’ll say try my front end service & once you are happy we’ll talk further. No big promise. No bold claims. Nothing fancy. Just let me prove myself first.
Q9. What is a good email address for prospective clients to contact you?
