Formal business emails: Those that are typically used for professional communication with clients, colleagues, or higher-ups. They usually follow a specific structure and tone, including a clear subject line, a formal greeting and closing, and a concise and professional message.

Informal emails: Those that are more casual and friendly in tone, and are often used for communication between friends, family, or acquaintances. They may not follow strict conventions, but still need to be clear and concise.

Marketing emails: Those that are designed to promote a product or service and may include promotional language, persuasive copy, and a call-to-action.

Newsletters: These are periodic emails sent to subscribers, typically containing updates, news, and information related to a specific topic or business

Follow-up emails: These are used to follow up on previous communication or to check in with someone who has not responded to a previous email.

Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?

One of the most important lessons for copywriters is to always focus on the customer’s needs and wants. Effective copywriting involves understanding the target audience and crafting messages that resonate with them. It’s not about what the company or product can do, but rather how it can solve the customer’s problems or fulfill their desires.

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?

One of the most famous copywriters is David Ogilvy. He is known for his work with brands like Rolls-Royce, Dove, and American Express. His writing style was clear, concise, and persuasive, and he believed in using facts and research to inform his writing.

There are many other notable copywriters who have made significant contributions to the field of advertising, each with their own unique styles and approaches

right now I’m in the middle of the battle, I don’t know when I’ll win it but I can only promise one thing, not even now but maybe tomorrow or the next day I’ll win too
