Q1. Where are you from?

Brisbane, Australia

Q2. How did you discover copywriting?

I couldn’t find a good copywriter who could write copy for my business. So I decided to learn how to do it myself. That way I could use my marketing skills and infuse them into the copy I wrote.

Q3. What forms of copy do you write?

I’m a generalist. I write long and short copy, funnel copy and everything in between. When you have rock solid copy foundations, you can write any form of copy your client needs.

Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?

I love health, financial, personal development and biz opp. These days I tend to write more for clients that interest me and have great products.

Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?

You can’t be a great copywriter without solid foundational skills, sound marketing knowledge, and a genuine interest in your fellow humans.

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?

Parris Lampropoulos. He is the perfect mix of many of the other copywriters I love like Gary Halbert, Gary Bencivenga and Clayton Makepeace. The way he sees copy and how it needs to relate to people is so unique.

Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?

Most of my wins are hidden behind NDAs. But I had a VSL in Biz Opp earlier in the year convert at 6%. It was an awesome pay day! I also Copy Chiefed an offer owner to a $600,000+ payday (he did that in around 36 hours). I’m looking for my next big win.

Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?

Some people think that I’m too busy or too expensive. If we are meant to work together, we will find a way to do it. Oh, and being in Australia and being in the futrue means I can never be late with a deadline.

Q9. What is a good email address for prospective clients to contact you?
