Q1. Where are you from?
Gujarat, India
Q2. How did you discover copywriting?
I’ve loved writing since I was a young child. I have become quite connected to writing, from writing essays and leave requests for my pals in school to cover letters, resumes, ads, emails, and other things. Man, I could really woo a girl with my words back in those days. Still can lol. In my experience, I never considered calling myself a “copywriter”— at least not until my clients and friends started doing so. And once I started aligning my identity as a Direct Response Copywriter, I never looked back. Since then, I’ve written email sequences, sales page copy, and Facebook ad copy for a handful of entrepreneurs. I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the industry’s greatest and brightest coaches, trainers and experts.
Q3. What forms of copy do you write?
Long Form Sales Pages, Emails, and Ads mostly.
Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?
Personal Development, Spirituality, Entrepreneurship & Health
Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?
Always consider how you want the reader to feel after reading your copy. And then begin writing it. Take the time to research your potential readers. The end goal is to compel readers to take a certain action. However, those actions are always the result of a change in the reader’s emotional state. Make no mistake – it is your job as a copywriter to evoke that emotion.
Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?
Victor O. Schwab, Frank Kern, and David Ogilvy – I respect these legends because they are also excellent thinkers and storytellers in addition to being outstanding copywriters.
Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?
Oh yes. I recently helped a client in the Personal Development niche bag $200K+ in sales in less than a week with my launch copy. This is my personal best and I’ve got my eye on beating my own record pretty soon.
Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?
If you’re looking to uplift your conversions from a copy standpoint, then I’m your guy. Would be happy to show you some samples, chat a bit about your requirements and see if we can work together & launch awesome stuff in the world ????
Q9. What is a good email address for prospective clients to contact you?
connect@getsetgodigital.com
