Q1. Where are you from?

Delta State, Nigeria

Q2. How did you discover copywriting?

Great question. I discovered copywriting through an online forum. The way people talked about selling products and services with words, and getting paid got me curious. I went online to make my research about it, and discovered the art of selling has a name…. copywriting. That was how I discovered it, and got into it.

Q3. What forms of copy do you write?

I do different forms of copywriting. They are: – Sales letter. – Emails – Facebook/Instagram Ad – Product description – Landing page copy – Lead Magnet – YouTube ads – Squeeze page copy – Upsell copy – Autoresponders copy – Lead generation copy – Lead nurturing copy – Customer retention copy

Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?

I enjoy writing for the following niches: – Personal development – SaaS – Make Money Online – Relationship – Finance

Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?

The number one lesson I’ve learned as a copywriter is to always listen to the market. Make deep research. To write an effective copy that converts, I need to understand: – What the market is saying. – What their pain points are. – What they desire. Understand the above would help me know the best way to capture their attention, and get them to read the copy, and take an action.

Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?

I don’t have one favorite copywriter though. They’re more than one. My favorites copywriters are: – Dan Kennedy – David Ogilvy – Gary Halbert – Ben Settle – John Carlton I like them because…. they write engaging copy that converts. No fluff.

Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?

Yes, Consulted for a client whose emails open rate was low. I discovered it was her selling approach that was wrong. We changed it.

Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?

“Help me, to help you. If you help me understand your business, your offer, and your target audience better. I’ll help you create effective copy that’d attract attention of your prospects, sell to them with ease, and increase your business’s profit.
