Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?
Don’t waste people’s time. Start your argument as late as possible, meaning be mindful of their level of awareness.
Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?
I’ve got several. Daniel Throssell for being different and unique. Chris Haddad for being an amazing storyteller. Justin Goff for his nonchalant style. John Carlton because he’s just a wildcard when you read his stuff. Alen Sultanic because his openings are sick.
Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?
Wrote my first ever VSL this year and it beat a multi-year control by almost 30%. Onboarded an email copywriting client in November and made him 60% MORE sales for BFCM than what he did last year.
Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?
Please have a deep understanding of Internet marketing and give me creative freedom, free up your mind of the constraints and ideas what it “should” be.
Q9. What is a good email address for prospective clients to contact you?
