Q1. Where are you from?
Atlanta, Georgia
Q2. How did you discover copywriting?
I’ve always loved writing! I have a Communications degree and worked in journalism and public relations. In 2018 I became a virtual assistant. In 2019 I was introduced to copywriting via one of my coaches.
Q3. What forms of copy do you write?
I’ve written the gamut of copy. Today, I only focus on email copy
Q4. What are your favorite niches to write in?
Business coaching and course creation
Q5. What is the #1 lesson you've learned as a copywriter?
There’s always something to learn to improve your craft. And, you’re only as good as you think you are.
Q6. Who is your favorite copywriter & why?
Low key obsessed with Laura Catella – she mentored me at a time when I was ready to give up on copywriting.
Q7. Do you have any recent wins to share?
I always celebrate making my first $10k just 1 year after becoming a copywriter. That was the moment that made it real for me and it was also a helluva confidence booster!
Q8. What would you say to a prospective client who wants to hire you?
My job is to tell YOUR story in YOUR voice so that you can focus on positively impacting your clients’ lives through coaching and/ or course creation.
